Support Afterschool and Summer Learning Programs

Reach out to House and Senate Appropriators in support of 21st CCLC funding

This spring, House and Senate Appropriations Committees and Labor, Health and Human Services Subcommittees in the U.S. Congress will determine funding levels for upcoming fiscal year 2017 programs that directly support afterschool and summer learning programs, including the 21st Century Community Learning Centers initiative and the Child Care Development Block Grant.

Call on Congress to increase funding for these programs to meet the growing demand for quality afterschool and summer learning programs and to address the increasing expenses associated with operating these programs.
